The hotel rooms were clean and felt luxurious, loaded with snacks and drinks 24 hours, though not terribly spacious and lacking lighting in some areas. The service was quick and sweet overall, with a hiccup regarding parking pricing. The location was excellent, walkable to downtown highlights and nicely renovated, despite neighboring noise. The dining experience was varied but had issues with room size and safety hazards. The facilities were well equipped and fully functional.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning, offering amazing views of the water and bridges while being modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from the concierge to the wait staff. The location was perfect, close to downtown attractions and easily accessible via freeways. The dining experience was delightful, with a great selection of breakfast items. Overall, a fantastic value for the money spent.
